MG MGF Technical - Headlight Adjusters

Anybody know where I can get a new lower (the long one) healdight adjuster for an F?
Failed its MOT on the passenger side being too high and the adjuster dosen't....

Any help appreciated...

The adjuster ball ends can come out of their sockets. Try checking if the reflector is lose in the light housing. I removed the headlight and pushed the reflector back on.

Done all that...

The adjuster actually broke/ got stuck.
So turning of the plastic screw just rounded the head off.
I took the adjuster out and it was seized...Not sure how but it ain't moving.

Head lamp parts like the adjuster aren't available separately unfortunately. The usual approach to this is to simply replace the whole head light.

The easiest approach in your case is to simply replace the headlight case with a good second hand one - perhaps from a vehicle that has had a frontal impact, damaging the glass etc, but leaving the adjusters in good condition?
