I assume your car has the direct servo with the brake master cylinder bolted onto the end of the servo. The brake light switch is a micro-switch screwed into the pedal box under the bonnet operated by the top part of the brake pedal. The top cover of the pedal box is removable with a few screws. Take it off and peer inside and you will see the switch screwed into the rear face of the box.

I think on models with the dual master and integral servo it was screwed to a bracket by the pedal inside the cabin as there is no pedal box (no room). Intermediate models (dual master no servo or single master remote servo) had it on the pedal box (not inside, you can access it without removing the pedal box) in the engine compartment, early models had a hydraulically operated switch in a manifold, also in the engine compartment.

i found it, its as Paul says, screwed in the back of brake servo box. easy to remove from.this one is shot.
