I can't believe it! The 1st V-8 show I would have attended (just to look and lust) my oldest brother decides to get married, for the 2nd time, in Baltimore. The nerve! If I wasn't the best man, I swear I'd blow off the wedding using wedding cars tonbridge. I might still...

I am really looking forward to the event,although I don't want to drive out there alone.Are there any V6/V8 MG nuts out there from the east planning on going?We could meet up somewhere to caravan out to Grand Rapids.It would just make the trip more fun to be with others and just in case of problems......

Dave, I am 90% sure I am going, probably leaving after work on Wed from Gaithersburg, drive a few hours, then leave at a civilized hour on Thurs to complete the trip. Mapquest says a little over 10 hours for me, & I could make it in 1 day. Plans are flexible. Glad to meet up with you at some point. You are coming from NJ?

Jim,yes I am planning on going.I'm not sure what day to leave.The track day at Gratten is on Thurs. the 16th.That means you would have to be there the night before,meaning Wed.I was thinking of making it a 2 day trip,driving out to somewhere in Ohio,then an easy 4-5 hour drive to Grand Rapids.It was my idea that it would be 16-18 hours total from Jersey.I could be wrong.Are you planning on going out to Carlisle this weekend?If so,we can discuss the details then.I will be there Fri. morning through the weekend.Talk to ya soon, Dave Deerson

This meet is going to be THE meet of the year.Steve has done an excellent job of organizing.Open track time on Thursday,autocross on Friday,and a vendor parking lot show.What else is there? You can't miss this one.
We'll be in Carlisle Friday afternoon through the weekend.

We'll be up there. Probably Thursday evening. Bringing the RV and trailering the B since there are 3 of us. Should be a real good time. May not have the car sorted out well enough to do track time and not really planning on it, but autocross should be fun.

I couldn't get an absolute guarentee from Martin 131
Dragway. They are in the process of a total rebuild, have been for a year, and it looks like their opening date will be a month late, which would bump us out of the schedule. I would only schedule CONFIRMED events for the show.
