MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - Gas tank fitting help

I just bought a nice late model non vented gas tank. My old tank had the fuel pick-up on the fuel guage sender and was the usual 3/8" tubing. Thie new tank has a welded in fitting with a 90deg bend and is threaded. What is the thread pictch on this fitting? I need to get a line so that I can route a line to the fuel pump.
