MG MGA - Wheel stud length?

Hi All.
I am going to replace the wire wheels on my MGA 1600 MK1 with Saab Minilites.
I thinks I have all the parts other than the wheelstuds. Can anybody tell me how long they should be and where to get them from?
Thanks
s page

You can get them from the usual suspects

1G7435 for the rear ones
1G4359 for front ones drum brakes
ATC4257 for front with disc brakes

I am sure you know that the alloy wheels take a non-standard wheel nut, and that the use of incorrect ones is dangerous

1G7435 rear all DW --- 1-13/16" long including countersink
1G4359 front 1500 DW --- 1-9/16" long including countersink
ATC4257 front 1600 DW --- ????

I don't have original length for the 1600 front stud. I would like to add that information to the web page if you can measure one.

Take one of the studs to NAPA. They can look up a suitable stud in their catalogs by the dimensions.

Hi All,
Many thanks, can I just confirm these measurements are for the extra thickness of alloy wheels over steel. Also Mgbits want £5.76 for per stud(atc4257). Thats £46.08 plus vat and carriage. Ebay have ford 7/16 unf studs for less than £2.00 each. Is the spline/knurling size critical?
Sorry Barney. I have no studs to measure but thanks for the part numbers and your excelent site. Without it I wouldnt no to fit Saab wheels

Yes, the spline size is critical.
