MG MGA - Oh look - a crack!

Hi Folks.
Just a reminder that our B-series engines are robust and forgiving litle iron lumps:
A couple of months ago I took my 1622 engine apart for a valve job and decided to change the rings too.
Having a closer look after I honed the cylinders ( in situ) showed that cyl. #4 has either a crack or casting error, level with the bottom of the water jacket. Attached image allso shows some black stains, which seems to be errors in the casting too.
My economy was not prepared for a rebore nor an even more exspensive wet sleeve, so I took the chance and put the engine together again with a new cam, rod bearings, oil pump, rebuilt head (new valves, 3 angel valve seats and new valve guides).
Now having done 250 miles, compression is 170psi across all cyl.
No smoke at all. Oil consumtion about zero.
Full 7psi in coolant system. No water consumption.
Oilpressure is 65psi @ idle, 80psi @ 3000rpm.

I wonder if anybody has ever seen / reused a cylinder bore like this one?

Forgot to mention that engine internals are all standard size and speedo reading is 54k miles.

A crack this low is likely below all of the rings, I wouldn't worry about it, but watch for water in the crankcase/oil in the radiator.
