MG MGA - MGA brake pads/break-in

I was intending to buy Classic Gold brake pads from Moss (as well as new rotors and calipers) until I read the "bed in" directions listed by Classic Gold. They recommend doing 10-12 slow downs from 40mph without coming to a complete stop then several harder brake applications without coming to a complete stop, then something like stopping for 15 minutes without applying the brakes while stopped. I live in an urban area and I can't even get out of my own driveway without coming to a complete stop, much less making it to a road where I can go through the recommended routine without having to stop.

Does anyone have recommendations on brake pads that will break-in on an ordinary driving basis? Also, any good places to buy? (I appreciate the recommendation I received yesterday regarding Scarborough Faire, but there are some pretty awful comments posted on the Internet about the business; I may give them a call tomorrow anyway.)

Bobby,
I wouldn't be too worried about the bedding in procedure. Put them on, make a few hard stops, you'll be fine.
And regarding awful comments about Scarborough Faire, well, they are a prefectly fine outfit to do business with. I've been buying from them for years. You can't please everone.

GT, Thanks for the response. I had a very favorable recommendation from Andy, an experienced MGA person, re Scarborough Faire. Also, I won't be quite so concerned about breaking in the pads.
