MG MGA - Little British Car Co
I had a little confusion on an order from Jeff Zorn at LBC the other day. To make a long story short, Jeff went out of his way to make things right with me. Nice to have good people to do business with Jerry Murphy
Jerry Murphy
I have the highest regard for Jeff. Once he carried a Magnette carb inlet plenum from Britian in his suitcase for me. Another he rescued me with a used fan blade, and once even helped me acquire a hard to find 1622 engine for my MKll at a great price. All this and we're over a thousand miles apart. A true enthusiast and a model businessman. We should all follow the example he and his staff set. Our greatest asset as collectors and enthusiasts is the help we can give one another keeping these beautiful cars going. Cheers, Phil

I totally agree. During the restoration of my A, I found Jeff Zorn was always helpful and great to work with. I like the way he acknowledges my orders with a personal note promptly after the order is placed. A nice touch. |

I like the shortbread cookies, too.
R. L Carleen
Ditto, on the cookies!
Ed Bell
FWIW, there is a similar thread to Jeff on the MGB General BBS. The consensus seems to be that he is one of our hobby's strongest supporters. I think he would be pleased to know that so many folks sing his praises, lord knows he's earned them.

Thanks everyone, I will pass the comments on to the folks that work with me here too. I don't get much chance to visit the BBS any more, but someone told me to go have a peek. Shortbread Cookies, that is what life is about though truly :):) I wish I could eat them too, but we reserve them for our customers, gosh if I ate them I would be twice the size I am now! Thanks again for your comments and support. Jeff and the Crew - Annette, Caral, Dan, Lee and Jan of course.

I haven't dealt with Jeff, but I've had similar great service and advice from Cecelia Bruce at Scarborough Faire. Tonight was another example - I called their 800 number at 9 PM and she answered, then walked me through how to install the throttle return spring bracket (on the hidden stud below the rear carb)! Jeff and Cecelia are obviously people who love the cars and what they do and pass that love on to the rest of us. - Ken

He's also the internet cooordinator for the NAMGAR. Busy guy. Great tour guide as well.

Both Jeff and Cecelia have given only the best service (and personal help) over the years. I have not received my cookies, though, in my last few orders (Jeff take note). Highest praise for both. Another vendor that has really "been through it" with me during my 13 year restoration is Todd Clarke - excellent quality hard to find parts and good advice along the way.
Gary Hattwick
I echo Gary's view of Todd - another of the MGA "faithful" vendors that go far beyond the buyer-seller relationship. - Ken

Earlier this year I ordered an item from Jeff using his website. Six days later, the parcel delivery man knocked on my door - 13,000 miles away! That's service for you. Thank you Jeff.
