MG MGA - Fog Light Wiring

I have two fog lamps which I am getting ready to install. I believe they are original Lucas from many years ago. They are heavy and really beautiful.

One lamp has a brown and red wire. Obviously a hot and a ground. The other has four wires. Two red, a light red (pink?) and a yellow.

I would imagine that the lamp with four wires would be wired to the main harness with one of the two red wires and the other red wire being attached to the second lamps red wire. The second lamps brown wire will go to ground.

How about the pink and the yellow? One is ground, but how about the other?

Any ideas?

Open them up. Power goes to the connector touching the centre of the bulb. Ground goes from the other connector to anwhere you want that gives a good ground (I ground mine to the lamp mounting shaft, so I have only one single visible strand of wire).

All other wires are redundant.
