MG MGA - 1600 Coil mounting bracket

Reading Clausager's book planing what I need for my 1600 in a future rebuild when I noticed that it stated the ignition coil should be mounted on the right hand engine mount not on the generator as mine is. I realised I had seen the bracket in the box of odd bits I got when I bought the car over twenty years ago, never knew what it was till now. Ha told my wife that it wasn't a box of junk.

Anyway looking at Barney's site, thanks Barney's, I now know how it should be mounted. But what I would like to know, is the current BLUE the correct colour?

The bracket should be chassis black.
