The service for my ZS180 at 24,000 miles was only £180. If you do it yourself don't you void the warrenty?

Of course you are quite right but i have only got a short tme left on the warranty and may be prepared to take the gamble and what about 36000 miles and 4800 miles ? they wont be doing that

The quote i got was £224 and that obviously does not include things like brakepads etc which i am sure will be at ripoff prices which incidently i know i do not require

Apoligise for being mean but after all we scots must live up to our reputation

Anyway do you have any idea what you got for your £180 ?

p.s.
i have serviced my mgf from new ( now 10 years old )
and never seen a dealers garage perhaps thats why it is 100% reliable

£150 - 180 is all you should be paying, service costs for the ZS are well documented on another x-power related forum!

Thought service intervals were every 12 months or 15k.
