MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Starter switch wiring 1973 Midget

Hi
Please can you help?
I have 1973 MG midget 1275cc.

Iam having trouble connecting wires up onto the ignition starter switch back of the steering column.
It's neiman it has 5 terminals with different voltage markings on switch.
Can you tell me which wires connect to correct terminals please.

Thank you
Andrew

It would help if you could say what the markings on the switch are.

Hi Andrew,

As its Neimann, the continental numbering prob applies here.

Try this............

30 = Batt live.....................Brown wire/wires.

75 = aux.........................white/green

15 = igniton.......................white wires.

50 = starter solenoid...........white/red.

If not, as David says give us the numbers next to the terminals

Hope this helps.
