MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Spark plug advice

Hi all,
Having ragged my midget yesterday, once home, I took out the plugs whilst attending to various other post run items. 3 of my plugs look fine whilst that in 4 is a bit oily- car ran like a swiss watch so not sure If I have the abdabs for no reason- I thought if I had set the carbs wonky BOTH 3 & 4 plugs would be oily?
Any advice very gratefully received.
