MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Rear hub seals

Hi all
i am replacing my rear axle casing as the one one
has some bad corrosion. The replacement case i have obtained has some very slight pitting in the area the seal runs in. I am probably being an old worrier but has anyone used speedi-sleeves to cure this problem.
