MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Heater switch assembly

hello,
I'm trying to re-build the heater switch/control line on a 1974 1275 midget. I have sourced a ball bearing (think I know where that goes) fingers crossed I have 3 sizes so hopefully one will fit and and make it work along with the two springs/clamps that hold it all together. The copper connection (centre right) has a little movement on the plastic shaft bearing, well quite a lot actually! (centre left) which may stop it clicking on and off properly, so I was considering carefully glueing them together. I then have a rubber spacer (most left) and a fibre washer (far right).
Has anyone ever re-built one, or have one lying around and know what order they go back together (I know they are like hens teeth, hence the need to try and rebuild this one).
If anyone could help with the order they go back in I would be very very grateful.
thanks, Dave.
