MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Glassfibre bonnet for a Mk II

Hi everybody, just got myself a 1965 midget Mk II, needs just a little TLC but it's not a basket case by a long way. It does need a front wing (N/S), but I thought to myself is it possible to put a "one piece" glass front on it, I think it is the GTO style? Can any of you guys advise me as to the possibility, or better still does anybody have one that will fit, if so how much?

I think you may mean the speedwell front, see www.sebringsprite.com and have a look at Brian Archers replicas. It should fit just fine.

Hi Mark, many thanks for your reply, you have made my day the bonnet you suggested is exactly the type I was meaning, I will now try to find one at a reasonable cost, anybody got one???? (if not I will get one off Sebringsprite). Again many thanks
